Terms & Conditions

Whereas Work for Client owns the proprietary web-based technology known as Work for Client which includes, but is not limited to, software (“Software”), to sales and catering software available to Client from Work for Clientsecure website; and Whereas Client wishes to use Work for Client during the Term (as defined herein) and engage Work for Client to render services described herein.

1. Use of Work for Client Product

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Work for Client hereby grants Client a revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-sublicensing license to use the platform for internal purposes.

2. Client Service

Work for Client agrees to provide all necessary Standard Client Service subject to payment in full of the Subscription Fees.

3. Subscription and Support

During the Term, Work for Client will provide ongoing subscription and support services including regular updates and security patches.

4. Payment Terms

Unlimited users and web-based training are included in the Subscription.
Taxes and additional charges are not included in the standard fees.

5. Term and Termination

The initial term of this Agreement shall be Annually or Monthly commencing on the date the Work for Client is installed.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Work for Client fully understands and respects the Client’s confidentiality concerns.
Each party retains all rights and ownership of its respective hardware and software.

7. Indemnification

Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Work for Client, its team, and employees.
Work for Client will indemnify and defend Client against valid claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Work for Client does not warrant that the Software is free from bugs or errors.
Aggregate liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is made at arms length and contains the full understanding.
It shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh.
Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.

10. Cancellation / Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription plan anytime by emailing us at info@workforclient.com
If you terminate early, no refunds or credits will be provided. Your content may be deleted upon termination.
