Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services, software, and digital products provided by Work For Client (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or corporate services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Our Services

Work For Client grants clients a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use its software, systems, and customized digital services for business purposes only, strictly subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during project initiation.
• Ensure that all texts, images, and materials provided do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Cooperate fully with our engineering and design teams to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

3. Project Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely, and official invoices will be shared for every transaction. Late payments may delay your project delivery timeline or result in temporary service/hosting suspension.

4. Subscription & Support

During the active term of an agreement, Work For Client will provide ongoing support, regular server maintenance, and critical security updates for subscribed clients. Technical assistance is actively available during standard business hours via email or our dedicated support phone line.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All project architectures, backend logic, and source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Work For Client unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in a written contract.
• Clients retain full ownership of their original content, logos, and brand materials provided to us.
• We maintain absolute strict confidentiality regarding all client data, trade secrets, and project details.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute technical accuracy and reliability, Work For Client shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from server downtimes or external cyber threats. Total financial liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Work For Client, its software engineers, and affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or financial losses arising out of the misuse of our deployed services or any violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the business agreement with a formal written notice. Upon termination, all pending invoices and payments must be settled immediately. All system access, hosting, and rights to the digital services will cease immediately after contract termination.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may request to cancel ongoing services by directly contacting us at info@workforclient.com.
• No refunds will be issued for partially completed development work or early contract termination initiated by the client.
• In exceptional technological cases, partial refunds may be approved entirely at our sole administrative discretion.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal disputes or administrative disagreements shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the honorable courts situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
