These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services and products provided by Work For Client (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Our Services

Work For Client grants clients a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use its software, systems, and services for business purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during project initiation.
• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Cooperate fully to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

3. Project Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely, and invoices will be shared for every transaction. Late payments may delay delivery or result in temporary service suspension.

4. Subscription & Support

During the active term, Work For Client will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for subscribed clients. Technical assistance is available during standard business hours via email or phone.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All project materials, ideas, and source code remain the intellectual property of Work For Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients retain ownership of their original content and brand materials provided to us.
• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and project details.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Work For Client shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service.

7. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Work For Client, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all pending payments must be settled. All access and rights to the services will cease immediately after termination.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel services by contacting us at info@workforclient.com.
• No refunds will be issued for partially completed work or early termination by the client.
• In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be approved at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
